Job Description: The Night Watchman is responsible for maintaining security of buildings at night. In this position, the Night Watchman actively monitors and completes the necessary tasks to ensure that thelocation is secure and maintained during nights. The Night Watchman reports to the Company Manager. Job Responsibilities: Provide security to the location at night, periodically driving the yard to ensure that it is secure Report to Company Manager on all anomalies Maintain general housekeeping as needed Comply with all procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of the company Promptly communicate with the management team about any issues that arise Maintain consistent and reliable attendance Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three month’s related experience and/or training Must possess a driver’s license Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic math skills Keen attention to detail Strong time management skills Ability to observe and enforce safety and security procedures
