Carmel Realty Company Property Management is excited to offer a full-time position as maintenance and technology support to our Vacation Rental, Estate Management and Long- Term Rental Departments. The ideal candidate would have a positive, can do attitude. Must be able to understand and troubleshoot basic home appliances, be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, and possess a professional manner and appearance. Duties and skills to Include: • Ability to follow direction and communicate well with team members. • Customer Service attitude a MUST. • Basic knowledge of home maintenance and repairs. • General Tech Support – TVs, remotes, Wi-Fi, routers, etc. • Ability to troubleshoot basic household issues: pilot lights, resetting breakers, barbecues, and appliances. • Ability to assess a situation and know when to consult an expert if unable to repair yourself. • Assist Vacation, Estate Management, Long-Term Rental Specialists, in all aspects of guest/client support. • Pickups and Deliveries to and from homes: luggage, propane tanks, etc. • Selective concierge service (ability to build household items like beds, cribs, office desks, etc.). • Ability to write thorough and detailed reports after inspections/maintenance appointments. • Be flexible and available for weekend and after hour support as needed. • Following up with vendors on maintenance items to meet deadlines. • Must be professional in appearance, polite, personable, and positive. • Committed to following our Vision and Service Standards. • Knowledge of Pebble Beach and Carmel areas a plus. • Experience in any residential trade is a PLUS. • Provide own transportation. • This is a fulltime position with benefits. Compensation depending on experience.
