Our Sugarland client has a direct hire position for a Domestic Housekeeper. The ideal candidate must be a Spanish speaker and live near Rosenberg/Richmond or surrounding area. The candidate must also be able to coordinate with third party companies who will perform other duties in the home. In this role your daily household duties will include:  Deep, thorough cleaning and organizing the house from top to bottom.  Vacuum surfaces and disinfect sanitary areas.  Dust furnishings and exteriors.  Vacuum, wax, and/or polish flooring.  Special care for hardwood and tile surfaces, porcelain sinks, and bathtubs.  Knowledge in care and upkeep of linens, drapes, and upholstery.  Clean and polish chandeliers and mirrors.  Polish silver and/or hand-wash stemware and fine China.  Superior laundry skills to include hand-wash and steam, press as needed.  Kitchen maintenance, including countertops, sinks, floors, and kitchen cabinets.  Proper knowledge in cleaning and maintenance of appliances (washer, dryer, oven, refrigerator, TV, etc.).  Wardrobe care, including seasonal clothes (casual wear, evening wear and formal wear).  Organize linen cabinets.  Clean and disinfect bathrooms.  Keep interior windows clean.  Organize kitchen, bathroom and bedroom drawers. Qualifications: • Ability to manage your time efficiently. • Exceptional organizational skills • Work well unsupervised. • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. • Handle basic maintenance and cleaning. • High school diploma. • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with homeowners. • Hard worker. • Punctuality a must. • Must have Covid-19 vaccine.
