CLUB HISTORY: Highland Woods Golf & Country Club, Inc. is a private bundled gated golf community in Bonita Springs and was established in 1996. A total of 799 residences were built, consisting of condominiums, villas, terraces and single family homes. In 2015, the Club completed a 6.5 million dollar renovation. SUMMARY The position is responsible for day-to-day maintenance and follows an established maintenance and preventative schedule. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (Other duties as assigned) • Strong understanding of all general maintenance including painting, drywall, carpet/floor cleaning, caulking, etc. • Perform routine maintenance and duties of the Club’s preventative maintenance program • Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items • Assist in setup/cleanup of meeting rooms • Early hours and weekend hours may be required • Any other tasks as deemed necessary by the General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE Candidates should have at least three years of proven experience in related field. Must be punctual and have reliable transportation. Must be able to work outside for long periods of time and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
