Marriage :One Day @CLA is a community event happening right here in Tehachapi. Grab your best friend and have a day out. Marriage: One Day was created out of one of our favorite events called Marriage Retreat. Pre Covid days it was a 2-3 day event out of town and one of the most enjoyable laid back experiences a couple could wish for. In 2020 we had to cancel our yearly retreat and felt like it was time to bring Marriage: One Day to our community. Featuring Guest Speaker Steve Thomas who is a guest speaker like no other you've ever experienced. You will leave feeling encouraged from this one day talk. Whether you've been married 1 year or 32 years this talk is for you. The schedule is as follows July 24th: Session 1: 10-12pm Lunch break: 12-1:30 pm(included) Session 2: 1:30-3:30pm We are a "come as you are" church, which means: You don't have to dress up. You don't have to be any particular age. We couldn't care less about who you voted for in the last election. And please don't feel like you need to pretend about anything. No matter where you are on your spiritual journey or in your marriage, this is the place for you. So, join us for Marriage: One Day as we seek God's word for our marriage together.
