Rehome Loving Mature Black Labrador/Terrier Mix

Looking for a loving home for Max, an adult Labrador or Terrier Mix. I rescued him 3 years ago, and he has been a wonderful companion since. Loves dog parks, very cuddly, great with my niece who was 1 then, now 4--he's always been good with her. Need to rehome now because I have moved and new situation can't have dogs. A yard is best--he's not to be trusted off leash. He would love to feel settled and secure in a home with a yard and people around more often than not. He's affectionate and cuddles, sometimes licks. He sleeps by my bed each night, and is covered up under a blanket. He can chill for a long time. He would probably be best as the only dog in the house. He barks at the mailman and will let you know if anyone is around. He is a rescue and had a life before his current home that probably gives him so quirks. He's happiest being close with people, and lays by my desk when I'm working. He's generally healthy and has vet records. He goes to Wag Dog Kennel in West Sac when I'm out of town and does fine.
