Courtney will teach how to lose weight without being tied down to a specific diet and still enjoy the foods you love, which foods are best for your unique body, and how to eliminate cravings.
I have been working in the fitness industry for 8 years now with a background in physical therapy, strength training, weight loss, and nutrition. I recently became an independent personal trainer this year and work out of Flex Gym located in San Ramon, California. Health & fitness have been a passion of mine for many years and I love having the opportunity to share that enthusiasm with my community.
