Our dog “Tippy” was last seen yesterday around 5pm in white city off Avenue C and Atlantic Avenue. He’s a small chihuahua mix, black with white chest and paws have a little white. His collar is white with colorful spots and he had a blue leash on as well. If you have seen him please send a message.
