Food Vendor Registration Link Thank you for joining us for this year's last minute extravaganza! If you're receiving this link, you've been invited to register as one of our 5 food trucks participating at this year's event. Please register as soon as possible as the event will be held Saturday, June 26th. Good Afternoon, PLEASE REPLY ASAP: NOTE: • This is invite is for the Mobile Food Vendors • MUST HAVE a Placer County Mobile Food Facilities (MFF) permit. • No Temporary Permitted Food Vendors will be allowed. City of Rocklin – FIREWORK SPECTAULAR Event Date(s): Summer Season • Sat June 26, 2021 Event Time(s): 7 P.M. - 10 P.M. Location: Johnson Springview Park, 5480 5th Street, Rocklin Expected/Projected Attendance: Approximately 1500+ Total # of Food Vendors: 5 Total each event 3(Main) & 2(Dessert) Vendor Arrival Time: 6:30 P.M. • Must be completely setup and ready to serve by: Open at 7:30 P.M. • Vendor Breakdown can start at: At start of firework show if necessary. Vendor Cost: $150.00 Menu Limitations: TBD, No Alcohol, likely no limitations Safety: Please insure that you chock your wheels, and take all necessary steps to ensure the safety of all event attendees. Noise: All noise must be kept to a minimum (i.e.: Only very quiet generators are acceptable) Insurance: Required Insurance Levels - Insurance Limits • Other considerations for you: TBD, likely none We are in the process of filling out the Placer County Community Event Coordinator application and need the following information from you ASAP. • Confirmation that you are available and will be providing your services at this event. • If you have not already provided a copy of your Placer County Permit, please do so now.
