Learn the Italian ritual of Aperitivo! Italians know how to entertain with style! The daily ritual of aperitivo it usually happens between 5 and 7 pm. It always includes an alcoholic drink such as Spritz, prosecco, Bellini, Negroni, or any other light alcoholic drink. It also includes small bites of food, some chips, and cocktail nuts. Participants will taste 3 aperitivi and a variety of small bites, and will learn to make an aperitivo. Recipe cards will be given out for the drinks and the small bites, so that the same experience can be recreated at home. Any bottles of wine/prosecco purchased will receive a 10% discount if purchased during the class.
