Lift and climb ladders and work up to 29 feet above ground · Meet or exceed daily standards for safety, quality, productivity · Work outside in all types of weather including: hot, humid, cold, wind, light rain or snow Qualifications: · No prior window cleaning experience required- we train you · Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving and background check · Good balance and hand-eye coordination, strength, endurance, safety consciousness · Family-friendly, professional appearance and demeanor, meticulous, service-oriented · Good written and verbal communication skills · Positive, teachable, honest, trustworthy · Problem solving while under pressure, resourcefulness
