compensation: $18+ depending on experience employment type: full-time Nomad Fiber Construction is seeking a ground hand/ lineman to take care of the ground duties such as setting up signs and safety equipment, pulling ropes, screwing in pole anchors, setting down guys, driving trucks and trailers, loading equipment, and assisting lineman in various ways. Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person. Opportunity for growth. Duties and Qualifications Experience in the utilities field High School diploma or equivalent required Must have a clean driving record Solid work history of success with little or no utility damage on projects Complete daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks Perform routine construction related activities such as carrying equipment, climbing ladders, using hand tools, manual digging, general clean up, ect Able to drive and operate bucket truck and other related equipment Able to flag and direct traffic as needed Communicate effectively with co-workers, subcontractors and clients Ability to take direction and work well with others Ability to lift materials that weigh as much as 100 pounds Candidates must have the ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check and substance screen Ability to travel for project work, as needed, throughout portions of Nebraska, more specifically the Fremont and Omaha area **IMMEDIATE Hire ** Please send resume to email address to set up for an interview.
