Join us in the Garden for Meditation and Sound Bath What Is a Sound Bath? In general, a sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. The East Lake Foundation Resident & Community Support Program is a community resource for residents in The Villages of East Lake apartment community.  RCSP offers a variety of programs focused on community economic stability, community building, and social programming. residents are invited to get involved and participate in these activities and stay connected to the program.
