Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Understand the layout and design of the project- including reading the site map.
· Site preparation.
· Use power broom.
· Use Sealcoat buggy.
· Edge and spray.
· Must know how to mix material.
· Report work orders and safety sheet to manager.
· Be the liaison between management and crew with effective verbal and written
communication.
· Notify supervisor or shop manager of necessary repairs or maintenance.
· Chalking for existing striping.
· Attend safety meetings.
· Execute safe driving habits.
· Clean machines and tools each day.
· Final walk on property assuring no equipment or debris is left behind.
· Assign tasks to crew members.
· Lift heavy items and load the work truck to help crew members.
Requirements:
· · Must pass background check and drug screen.
· · Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record.
· · Must have a minimum of 1 years of experience.
· · Must have mechanical repair and maintenance is strongly recommended for on the job repairs.
Pay is hourly DOE. Includes health insurance, 401k retirement plan and year end performance bonus.
