LONG BEACH, NY —It's another sign that the summer is here and COVID-19 is heading out to sea. The annual Long Beach Boardwalk Vendor Fair is back in time to celebrate Father's Day weekend. More than 50 vendors selling their hand-crafted and/or original items will participate. It runs Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The fair will follow the state and CDC COVID-19 guidelines, the Chamber of Commerce on its Facebook page. Those interested in selling their wares can fill out a form. Booth size is limited to 12-feet-wide by 10-feet-deep. Booths can feature a canopy or tent and tables, the application states. Security guards will be on duty from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., but merchants are advised not to leave any valuables unattended.
