My dogs names is Sok Hoover. He is licensed to me, my emotional support animal, and on my lease. I have had him since he was 8 weeks old. He is almost 5yrs old. I am offering a $500 REWARD$$$....TO WHOEVER FINDS HIM AND CALLS ME . PLEASE HELP ME FIND HIM AND BRING HIM HOME TO ME AND MY KIDS PLEASE!!! He is a small short smooth healthy haired all black Chihuahua with white on his chest like a TUXEDO. His front right paw is white and the rest are black. He had a spiked black collar with his old licensed tag on when he went missing. I believe whomever has him may have changed his collar to throw people off. He skips when he walks... Please please please help me locate him and bring him home please....
