One Person Seriously Injured In Dedham Car Crash

DEDHAM, MA — A two-car crash happened late Wednesday night on interstate 95 near Route 1, leaving a man with life-threatening injuries. The wreck occurred around 11:30 p.m. and State Police say the cars involved were a 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA sedan driven by a 26-year-old Everett man and a 2016 Volkswagen Golf hatchback driven by a 17-year-old Canton man. Police say the 26-year-old suffered serious injuries and he was first taken to Beth Israel Hospital in Needham, then transferred to Beth Israel in Boston. The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Massachusetts State Police.
