Grab your pencil, a $20 bill from your guardian, a mask, and line up in alphabetical order because book fair is here! We heard y'all loud and clear, so were bringing back alllll of the nostalgic feels! We've rented out a huge loft space in the West Loop, brought in the best bartenders and caterers in the city, and are excited to watch yall browse and buy books until your hearts are content! We'll have both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, food options for all dietary interests, and an excellent dj that will keep the vibes going. Oh, and the best part is that we'll also be fundraising for My Block My Hood My City, so 50% of all profits will go toward supporting their amazing efforts! Ticket sales end at 5pm on June 5th. Each ticket package includes a reusable tote to use while shopping. Location and book fair catalog will be sent out to ticket holders via email on June 5th when ticket sales close. Patrons will be able to take books/merch/miscellaneous items purchased at the event home immediately. *Be aware that this is an 18 and up event!
