SF based remediation and restoration company for property owners damaged by fire, water, vandalism, mold, or other events is looking to bring on a Lead Restoration Tech Job Duties: - Receive assignments from office - Respond to water damage projects to assess site damages and provide necessary services - Meet with customers - Assign and direct work crews of up to 5 people - Develop accurate site service records including daily production reports, room diagrams and moisture maps, drying logs, site photographs, and scope sheets - Take moisture readings - Create accurate room/building Sketch and moisture maps - Light demo work at times - Assist in moving, pushing, or carry heavy items. - Report daily to the office in South San Francisco - Drive company vehicle to the job sites Must Haves: - Prior experience as a Lead Water Restoration Technician - Proficient using restoration technology applications such as MICA - IICRC WRT Certification required - Posses excellent customer service skills - Valid drivers license and fairly clean driving record Job Details: - Rate: $25 to $31/hour - Work Week: M to F - Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm - Long term, full time position Benefits: After probationary period - Paid Holidays - Sick Pay - Dental Insurance - Health Insurance
