We are looking for a handyman on a large property in Woodside once or twice a week, Wednesdays would be one of the needed days. This could turn into a live in job for a single person, full or a part time. Perfect for someone a little older who has done it all, or started young in the construction industry. Carpentry is a huge plus, and someone who can do something like remodel a bathroom would be great. Or someone who just can help with maintenance around the property. So a tinkerer, someone who can fix things, do chores, keep the property clean and infrastructure maintained and working. Some helpful skills: Carpentry- rough framing, finish carpentry, siding, decks, outdoor stairs Painting Tile Sheetrock/texture Plumbing- stoppages, installing fixtures, repairing leaks, sprinklers, faucet repair and install, toilet repairs Electrical- wiring, trouble-shooting, install ceiling fans, change outlets Mechanical- small tool repair and maintenance Hardscape and Landscape- fences, tree trimming, planting, yard maintenance, sprinklers, gravel fines, soil leveling Maintenance- cleaning gutters, weeding, cleaning pool, fixing things that break Must have tools- basic- such as: a drill gun, Sawzall, multitool, skill saw, nail gun, etc. and hand tools.
