Bus Attendant - San Francisco The San Francisco bus attendant position opportunity is full-time, Monday thru Friday, great hours! The Bus Attendant performs a variety of tasks to support the driver in providing safe and proper transportation of our adult clients with disabilities. We provide full training and a great team-oriented work environment. Successful candidates will be able to: Supervise and assist clients in transit. Assist the driver in the proper loading and unloading of passengers. Know the proper use of securing devices for safety restraints, wheelchairs and seat belts. Demonstrate understanding and have empathy for persons with disabilities. Enjoy working with people of all ages and be sensitive to their needs. Display professional behavior when working with clients, co-workers and others in the community. Follow all health and safety rules, policies and procedures. Report any concerns regarding clients to the driver and to the appropriate management staff. Ability to pass a background check and drug test is required for this Safety Sensitive position.
