Gordy’s Lakefront Marine is looking for a Boat Haul & Launch member to help lead and grow the top Boat Sales Department in North America. We are looking for someone is driven to set and hit department goals and objectives committed to doing it the “Gordy Way” by always living the company values and culture, which is built on hard work, integrity, teamwork, and having a positive attitude. o Be able to drive a boat safely on the water under all weather conditions. o Maintain neat and clean service facilities & equipment. o Ability to read Launch Report and ensure that boats are efficiently and effectively delivered on time and to the right destinations o Ability to implement effective and efficient work procedures. o Assist Yard with boat movement as necessary. o Keep all trucks clean inside and out. o Knowledge of customer boats and locations. o Respect customer and company property at all times. o Explore ways to better serve customers (Internal & External). o Develop ways to communicate with customers to maintain a “personalized environment” and obtain feedback to monitor customer satisfaction. (i.e. greeting customers, boat locations, ease of access for customer pick up, signage, etc.) o Respect customer wishes and property. o Ensure our motto “exceptional customer service” is lived everyday. o Help with general maintenance at Cobalt Farms. o Enforce all rules. o Team building and promote inter-department relationships. o Gordy’s thinks of itself as a family and treat our staff and customers as part of the family. o Project a positive company image at all times. o Report all accidents and/or injuries to department manager ASAP. o Must be 19 to drive and be insured on our boats/trucks
