Description
Hi! I have a small doxie mix who is a little over a year. Like many people, he has never been apart from me or my husband since he was a puppy and it's time to start getting him used to being alone. He loves other dogs at the park and beach so my thought was to start him off by leaving him with another dog friend instead of all alone. Get used to being without me first, with doggie company, then introduce alone at home slowly.
I'm putting this out there in case there is someone else in my neighborhood with a similar situation. My thought is that I could take both dogs for a half hour or so once or twice a week and then you could do the same.
About me: I am very trustworthy, honest, hard working and love my dog very much. I work from home and am into art and sports. I live in Seabright.
About my dog: He is 16 months, about 18 pounds, doxie weiner dog mix. He is energetic, can be loud, never aggressive, gets along well with kids and babies, doesn't like skateboards, walks okay on leash, can be stubborn and loves attention and snacks.
Thanks for looking and please reach out if you think you are interested in trying this out or have ideas/thoughts. Thank you!
