We CPS POOLS AND SPAS are currently looking for independent individuals who enjoy being outdoors and possess exceptional customer service skills. Our residential maintenance technicians clean and maintain pools on their own route all over the HINDS, RIDGELAND, FLOWOOD AND MADISON area. Prior experience is not needed - we will train the right candidate who has good work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
We train! Training salary is $11 to 12 per hour with opportunities for hard working, self-motivated individuals to earn more after a 90 day probation for hard work and being proactive!!!!!!
This is a full time position and pay will be based on what you know, working from Monday to Friday.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Be reliable and at work on time every day.
2. Have a clean driving record.
3. Knowledge of the tools and equipment required to maintain a swimming pool as well as cleaning pools.
4. Have a good attitude
5. Ability to identify issues with circulation systems and other equipment.
6.Customer service-oriented.
7. Strong attention to detail.
8. Occasional maneuver up to 50 lbs.
