Searching for a small breed younger dog or even a pup for my mother. Can pay a small rehoming fee but know he/she would be well tended to, regular vet check ups, as well as being completely spoiled. We had one lined up for Mothers day and it fell through. Would love to surprise her. Any help is much appreciated. Checking shelters regularly as well. Thank you!
