We are hiring experienced servers and cooks for our Quail Motorsports Gathering event on August 13, 2021. We are looking for people who are inspired by great food and excellent service. Applicants should have event/restaurant experience. This job requires following direction well from the front of house manager of the event. Staff members will be working outdoors buffet service for the entirety of the event. Event Day Run of Show: 1) Staff arrival, check-in with manager 2) Event Set-Up 3) Very Good meals Provided For Staff 4) Menu & service meetings 5) Staff in place/Early guest arrival 6) Guest Check-in/Standing Reception 7) Buffet Service Check with your house manager if you have any questions. Uniform for servers: Black shoes, black socks, black dress pants, white button down dress shirt, black tie or black bow tie. Compensation will be based on your experience, $19- $23hr for first 8 hours OT after 8 hours. This is the best time to see all the best cars in the world and meet wonderful people from around the world!
