Care Net Pregnancy Center is a nonprofit ministry that has been serving Concord’s community since 1985. Our Mission is to empower people to make informed choices when it comes to pregnancy decisions. Our goal is to offer compassionate hope and help to individuals and couples facing crisis pregnancies by offering free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, options education, parenting classes, material support and post-abortion support. We are looking for a Client Service Manager to join our team to effectively serve our clients! The Client Services Manager is responsible for center operations connected to the client care and volunteer management. Responsibilities: (Training Provided) Pregnancy Options Counseling Scheduling appointmentsClient care Developing appropriate plans for individual client cases. Responsible for follow-up with clients, reporting legally mandated issues, and ongoing program development. Multicultural education and competence are essential as clients of all ethnicities, races, cultures, and socio-economic, religious, and familiar backgrounds come to Care Net. Volunteer Management and Training Maintaining and improving current programs. Creatively making community partnerships to bring awareness to the ministryStrategic planning for bringing in clientsMust be proactive in building relationships with clients, volunteers, referral sites, and churches. Spiritual leadership and discipleship of volunteers Requirements: High Diploma or GED RequiredAssociates Degree or Higher preferredProficiency in Microsoft tools and technology preferredRelational Have a strong sense of empathy. Strong interpersonal communication skills, including verbal and written communications.Provide Spiritual leadership and disciple volunteers. Ability to work independently and as a team.
