Crest Hill's Wendy Gessing, 50, Missing

CREST HILL, IL —Authorities in Crest Hill announced on Thursday afternoon that the gray Honda CRV belonging to Wendy Gessing has been found, but the 50-year-old Crest Hill woman remains missing. According to police, Gessing has not been seen since June 12 near the intersection of Theodore Street and Raynor Avenue, which is the border for Joliet and Crest Hill. Crest Hill said Gessing has brown eyes and blonde hair. She is five-foot-five and weighs 130 lbs. She has a tattoo on her left forearm.
