Yellow Lab needs forever home

14 month old yellow lab Bailey looking for her forever home. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on all of her shots and on a heartworm preventative. She has a ton of energy and our townhouse does not provide the yard space she needs to run. She is good with kids. She chases our cats around the house constantly so I'm thinking she would be better in a home with no cats. Asking rehoming fee to assure good forever home.
