Seeking motivated individuals with at least 3 years of landscape experience and 2 years leading others. The perfect candidate should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to grow within our company!
Must be generally familiar with all or most aspects of landscape construction to include: operating equipment, demolition, site and soil prep, grading, planting all materials, interfacing with customers, subcontractors, etc. and require minimal supervision from the Project Manager.
Must work in a safe manner while directing a crew of two to four employees and complete projects on time and on budget. This position must also attend to and complete all paperwork and administrative requirements related to the job while helping to create and maintain a professional and positive work environment.
May be eligible to receive a bonus at the end of the summer season.
