We are hiring a Handyman / Maintenance Technician for a part-time or full-time position. We need someone with a wide range of skills, or willing to learn more. Must pay attention to detail and have a professional appearance. Requirements: - Experience in property maintenance is a huge plus. - Must have own tools - Reliable Transportation - Must be drug free - Legal to work in the U.S. We are a small team but are growing fast. The keyword here is TEAM. We have great relationships with our tenants, property managers and co-workers. We want someone who sees a future in this trade as we invest in our employees.
