We have an ongoing need to hire painting crews (Subcontractors) to complete our hundreds of already signed contracts. We keep any crews who works with us and want more work in the winter time BUSY as well! We require 1 year of Painting experience. Some contractors are able to run multiple projects and make more than 2k a week and others choose to run 1 job at a time. We are able to help you get the consistent work with a good rate of pay averaging 2k or more per week. We are looking for experienced painters with high attention to detail and a passion for painting. We take care of all the estimating, answering customer questions with our full time office staff, signing of contracts, getting paid, etc. We make it easy for you and your team to focus on painting and providing a high quality of work. You remain in charge of your team and projects, and we ensure that you have a full schedule and are paid on-time after each job. Painting Crew Leader Responsibilities Report directly to our project manager who will handle all work orders and walk arounds with our customers Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers and painting staff Lead a crew of painters and represent our brand with pride on the jobsite. Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional fashion Required Skills Familiarity with painting tools, projects etc. is required Ability to handle carrying & climbing ladders, moving 5 gallon buckets, moving equipment and other physical aspects that come with most paining projects Finishing jobs on-time is important for us to line up your next job and to keep our promises to our customers Our project manager is always available to help with customers and questions but an ability to independently solve problems is important It is important to treat our customers with an exceptional level of service as well as work with us as we are your customer, if you enjoy a job well done then we look forward to working with you.
