My dog growled at this lady and my dog is a runner. If you see my little black and tan chihuahua loose please contact me. Debra Nelson took off with her knowing the dog was growling. Please contact me big reward for her return. I don't believe she could keep up with her if she let her down. She said she lived in a senior home in Florence Ala but had Ga tags. Please help me recover my dog. I love her so very much.
