Get paid to visit a retail location and review your experience! For this shop, you will visit the location to evaluate the customer service and make detailed observations on the recommendations offered. Use one of the following scenarios: Current cable company customers: Either pay all or part of your bill or ask about your current balance. See what services are recommended to you (do not ask directly for recommendations). IMPORTANT: If you are paying your bill, do not simply pay at the kiosk and leave. You must speak with someone at the counter about your account (even if you do initially use the kiosk to pay your bill). You can say you have questions about your bill/service. Additionally, if you are an existing mobile service customer with the cable company, you must pose as a potential customer and provide a new service address. Non-customers: Pose as someone interested in getting services. You can state you are considering moving into the area. Have an address that is serviceable by the cable company in mind before you go. Ask about a property you would own, not one you would rent. Observe the condition of the facility, customer service received, and recommendations offered. Make detailed observations on the exterior and interior of the facility and signage. Discreetly take a photo of the exterior of the location. You will then fill out and submit a report.
