MAINTENANCE TECH – SAN DIEGO Description: A professional management company is currently looking to fill full time position for a motivated Maintenance Tech in San Diego area. Must have experience in HVAC, apartment turnovers, appliance repair, plumbing, drywall, electrical, carpentry and painting. Employee will work under the supervision of Maintenance & Construction Director for multiple properties. Candidate must have 2 years experience, reliable transportation, valid driver license and insurance. Candidate must have a good work ethic and a can do attitude.
