After School Instructor An equestrian center is seeking a creative, energetic, and highly motivated person who enjoys working with elementary and middle school-aged children in a (mostly) outdoor natural setting. Working with management, you will help design a fun-filled, educational lessons for events, academy and camps; activity-based comprehensive curriculum that will incorporate all areas of the facility and property to include: nature studies, animals, and gardening. Experience working with or around horses and animals preferred, though not required. REQUIRED: ● Weekends maybe needed ● Has the ability to work independently and is flexible, dependable, and prompt ● Previous experience with group instruction of 10 or less (ages 7+) in an unstructured setting ● Has the ability to maintain discipline among the group while directing the activities ● CPR certified ● Comfortable working both in and outdoors ● Reliable and insured transportation ● Has an engaging and fun-loving personality!
