I'm in charge of finding the perfect pet for an older retired couple. they are wanting a smaller size dog, preferably under 30lbs that is already potty trained. also prefer pet to be fully vetted and already be on heartworm preventive. would want a kid, people, and pet friendly. leash trained, overall would like to already be obedience trained. also be good in a car as in no car sickness. their household is just them two but do have their family over which also consists of young babies. They like to take walks around their quiet neighborhood, so would need a pet that is obedient and can walk on a leash.
