Choice4Homes investment Solutions, Inc is a small but growing residential redevelopment company looking for a rockstar construction team: - Residential Remodel Project Lead - Residential Remodel Handyman - Residential Remodel Handyman helper These are independent contractor jobs, with potential to grow, as we will be looking for full time employees as well. We are in the process of expanding to the Phoenix area and looking for someone ready to grow along with us and help us get to the next level. Example of responsibilities: Potential tasks include, but not be limited to: • Interior demolition and cleanout • Minimal Framing and Drywall • Minimal Electrical and Plumbing • Flooring Installation (LVP, Tile, Carpet) • Doors, Trim and Baseboard Installation • Door and window Hardware Installation • Interior and Exterior Painting • Tile and Mosaic Installation • Cabinet Installation • Roofing installation experience is a plus A well qualified candidate should be able to demonstrate experience, have reliable transportation, be able to work independently, start on time, and be able to work up to full time. Any contractor licenses are a plus. Compensation based on experience $14-$18 per hour. Covid-19 precautions as required by State.
