Porter/General Laborer NEEDED - $17.00/hr Full Time

Property Management Company in Pacific Beach looking for reliable, honest and detail-oriented, full-time individual with porter and general maintenance experience. Must have clean and safe driving record to operate a company van. The applicant will need to be able to solve problems and perform tasks to keep properties looking clean and organized. List of Daily Tasks: 1. Must be able to operate tools and grounds keeping equipment 2. Must be able to perform debris removal for large clean-ups (must be able to lift 50lbs). 3. Must be able to clean, dispose of trash, pull weeds around external grounds of properties. 4. Must be able to operate a pressure washer. 5. Must be able to remove graffiti from walls and trash enclosures. 6. Must be able to repair broken fence boards or pickets and paint when completed. 7. Must be able to perform minor cleaning services and wipe downs of the interior of units. 8. Must be able to move furniture carefully and perform general tasks to assemble and breakdown furniture. 9. Must be able to perform general demo duties. 10. Must be comfortable with technology and be familiar with using an iPhone. 11. Assist in managing a route of properties efficiently and effectively, if needed. Pay starts at $17.00/hr with 50% contribution towards health/dental/vision insurance (after 60 days) and company 401k (after 12 months). Must have proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Valid CA Driver's license, Social Security card, or Permanent Resident Card) and be able to complete an I-9 form. Must have your own reliable daily transportation to get to and from work. Must have a clean driving record and be able to operate a company vehicle. Must be able to read, write and communicate and follow instructions in English.
