labor on the weekends

I am looking for some help on the weekends and a few Mondays over the next few months. Generally 9am to 5pm with lunch and breaks provided. I am doing multiple projects around the house and yard. We will work together. -retaining wall -prep and grade for a concrete sidewalk and stairs -install a water feature. Including a pond liner, pump and water supply line. I am NOT going to have you dig a 100 yard ditch, pull acres of weeds or reroof my house. I own a backhoe and multiple pieces of equipment that can make tasks easy. I just need a second person to work with me and to help out. no tools required. no special skills or knowledge required.
