Description

So look, if you want to be a serious artist you're going to have to leave home. I'm not saying quit your job, we're going out on the road and you're going to be rich. If only it was that easy. What is important, you've got to have some talent, i.e. writing, arranging, singing and the like and able to do this for a long time. It might come fast, though probably not, you are more likely going to have to put in the time. You also have to be generally an agreeable person, not that there won't be disagreement among band members but your going to have to adapt and compromise along the way. If you've no desire to do these things or not have the creativity and talent that contributes to the creation of such artistic complications please don't bother me. Odds are you ain't got it, never did and never will. Don't feel bad, most people don't... you'll get over it. But if you've a body of work, a desire to perfect a sound, go out on the road, (day trips/overnights in the region) you might have a chance, but, ain't no guarantee no where. What I'm looking to do is record, play local when and where it makes sense and should the opportunity present itself and there some money to be made, do some limited travel. Singer-songwriter-rhythm guitar ISO lead, bass, keys, drummer, round 40-50 younger and older persons are OK too. The idea is a simple blues rock and roll band, i.e. Beatles/Stones/Rival Sons/Cream/Badfinger/Jack White/ Doors/Zeppelin/Gr.,Day/Roxy Music/INXS/Cult/Muse/Blk Sabbath/Chuck Berry/ZZ Top/Elvis/John Kay/Who /Heart/Hendrix/Eagles/Cheryl Crow
