Walker Zanger, a national tile and stone company is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to process and ship our on-line sample orders. Duties: Manage daily online tile sample orders including picking, packing, processing and shipping daily orders Maintain tile sample inventory and keep organized Resolve all order issues and communicate with customers on-line and via phone Execute all orders quickly and accurately Other duties as assigned Requirements: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Must be organized, have good time management skills, and attention to detail Takes pride in delivering an amazing client experience Computer skills Experience processing and shipping on-line orders a plus Able to work in a warehouse environment About our company: Walker Zanger is a luxury Tile and Stone Retailer and Distributor, founded in 1952.
