We are looking for a foreman carpenter (perm placement). HIGH END multi- million dollar home builder is seeking a: Carpenter/ Foreman ( bobcat operator) - yes a jack of all trades! For projects located in Lakeway and surrounding areas ( lake communities and hill country) VALID DL a must BG check required since you would enter peoples homes for warranty work ( state law) Ability to operate bobcat ( previous exp needed) Have basic hand tools ( we carry all the main tools) Ability to drive a gooseneck w/ 12 ft trailer with bobcat ( 1 ton pickup) Benefits: Pay $60K - 72K Benefits package Full Time Paid time off and vacation ( plus 1 week off paid at Christmas)!
