Job Descriptions ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician is responsible to completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures. Performs daily, weekly and monthly rounds and inspections. Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary for the well being and protection of the environment, property and occupants, in accordance with contractual obligations. Participates in training directed at increasing job-related skills and assists in training of other employees as directed.
