Build relationships with homeowners and internal team members to ensure expectations are met and high-quality vacation rental standards are maintained. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES • Build relationships with homeowners in multiple states. • Listen to homeowner’s goals for their vacation rental and ensure that we help them meet those goals (occupancy, revenue, owner use, quality of cleanliness, maintenance, guest satisfaction) • Assist homeowners in protecting their investment (both the structure and the revenue) • Coordinate for, or complete, the owner’s requests for improvements, maintenance, reservations, online information and updates • Review owner statements to ensure that owner charges match owner expectations. • Communicate quickly and accurately with homeowners via phone, text and email • Ensure that owner’s onsite requests regarding their property, are completed efficiently and well by on site housekeeping and maintenance teams Pay: $21-$24/hr DOE Job Type: Full-Time TO APPLY: PLEASE REPLY VIA EMAIL AND INCLUDE YOUR RESUME
