Our growing team is based in beautiful Boise, Idaho. www.saalt.com The School has been open since Saalt began 3 years ago & with our company growth we have come to a point where we need some extra hands. We are looking for a new Team Member that will work alongside our two current Teachers to mold the lives of our young children. In a typical week, this person will work Monday – Friday from 1-6 pm. Additionally they should be flexible and open to working at different requested times to cover vacations, appointments, etc. The Saalt Preschool is a special place for so many reasons. The new Teacher will add to that environment and will greatly contribute to this amazing benefit that is offered by Saalt. We need you to create a fun and educational environment for our Team Members' children so they look forward to going to work with Mom or Dad every time they can. What You’ll Do: • Create a safe, fun and engaging learning environment for young, preschool-aged children with age-appropriate instruction (shapes, numbers, colors, alphabet, early reading, art, motor skills, etc.) • Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents. • Remain positive and encouraging with the children to help build their self-esteem • Maintain a clean room and tidy up during the day and at the end of each day • You do not have to change diapers. Parents will be working in the office and can change their children's diapers as needed. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Technical: • Must love interacting with children • Ability to act as a mediator between children • Preschool teaching experience preferred • Naturally kind and patient disposition • Creativity and an enjoyment of crafting • Physically capable of lifting, holding and caring for small children Compensation: Competitive wage. $13-$14 per hour depending on prior experience.
