Inclusive Community Resources, LLC is a Berkeley-based supported living agency dedicated to empowering adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities. We are seeking friendly, reliable attendants to work with one of our female clients that lives in downtown Berkeley. Our client is a 42 year old with cerebral palsy. She is a fun, easy going person to work with. She needs assistance with physical care (dressing, toileting, etc), meal prep, household upkeep, community outings and various other tasks. We are currently looking for someone to work the following temporary shifts: Tuesday: 6-10pm Wednesday: 5-10pm There are ample opportunities to work additional hours with this client and other clients within our agency. If you are looking for part-time or full-time work, please apply! COMPENSATION: Hourly pay for this client is $16.07. QUALIFICATIONS: You must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and a clean driving record. You must be able to pass the Department of Justice fingerprint clearance and a background check prior to your first day of work. You must be able to obtain a clear TB test screening within 2 weeks of employment and CPR/First Aid certification within 3 months of employment. Our agency requires all employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19. If you are not already vaccinated, you will need to become vaccinated within 30 days of hire. You must be mature, patient, reliable, trustworthy, and a self-starter. BENEFITS: Employees who work at least 30 hours per week qualify for medical and dental benefits.
