Advance is looking for a hard-working Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, your main responsibilities include evening cleaning and disinfecting services for this client We are looking for someone with or without prior experience with commercial cleaning. Our ideal candidate is a team player who takes great pride in providing quality cleaning services, Self motivated and can work alone with little to no supervision. This candidate is someone looking to work 3 Days per week (about 4-5 hours per shift), in the evenings, and have their own vehicle. The hours are flexible after 6pm, Tue, Thurs, Fri ALL openings also have a $200 hiring bonus!! Duties and Responsibilities • Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors • Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens and kitchen appliances • Trash removal • Glass, mirror cleaning • Restock supplies and toiletries • Perform additional cleaning tasks as necessary, including dusting ceiling vents, light fixtures, and walls Requirements and Qualifications • Commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required • Driver’s license and reliable transportation • Physical stamina • Attention to detail • Dependable track record • Ability to take instruction and feedback • Capability to work with minimal to no supervision • Work days are permanent. Schedule times are flexible ( any time after 6pm). Physical demands The employee is regularly required to walk, stand, climb, bend, kneel, repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements, push and pull objects, lift and move objects, and drive; use hands and fingers to operate machinery and cleaning tools; frequent exposure to cleaning supplies and chemicals; be able to occasionally lift up to 10-50 lbs.
