Even someone as challenged as you appear to be you can't deny that is all he does while blaming others for his own failures. Leadership? No, that's jill's job. Joe got lost is some cafe, was filmed walking around in a daze until jill found him and lead him out of the view of the camera. It's alright for you to try to cover for his mistakes but you seem to forget that for quite a bit of the time he spent at the conference, the rest of the world was given a glance into the decline of our country.
