Skills required but not limited to: General maintenance. Basic housing repairs, replace sinks, faucets, toilets, caulking, etc. Appliance installation. Work order knowledge. Repair tile, screens, blinds, locks, cabinets and doors. Interior and exterior painting. Assist in custodial and grounds work as necessary, lawn care, snow removal, raking, trash pickup, and haul furniture when required. Driver's license required Pay/Hours: $13.00 per hour, 39.75 hrs per week, with 90 day probation period and wage increase. Resume required.
